Alcamar and Haulotte celebrate a delivery
Despite the economic stagnation due to the COVID-19 epidemic, some companies are expanding their mobile elevating work platform fleet to strengthen their rental activities.

One such fleet expansion is at Alcamar, which recently received a delivery of new Haulotte scissor lifts.

Alcamar, a major rental company in the Iberian Peninsula specialising in the industrial sector, acquired 11 Haulotte scissors, including rough-terrain diesel models and other electric models from the compact range.

"This new delivery underlines our joint commitment to support the construction market in this particular period. We are grateful for Alcamar's renewed trust," says
Ivan Morodo, Haulotte Iberica general manager.

The new equipment will extend Alcamar's fleet which is composed of 300 lifting machines, one third of them are branded Haulotte.

Madrid-based Alcamar was established in 1969 and has since established itself as one of the leading companies in the platform and forklift sector.

The company's territory spans the entire Iberian Peninsula including Portugal, along with the islands.

Alcamar's current inventory exceeds 2,500 machines.
