In April 2015 Toyota Material Handling opened their Used Trade Facility (UTF), a unit that is specialised in marketing of USED Toyota and BT material handling equipment in and outside of Europe. Thanks to online communication and a location in Antwerp, Belgium, one of the largest harbours worldwide, they are close to their customers, ensuring quick response time and deliveries.

Chresten Udo-Gneiting, responsible for the Used Trade Facility, is happy with the results achieved so far:
"Since the start we have been offering trucks to over 40 countries worldwide, mostly outside of Europe, and the sales have already doubled in the time span of a year. We have also moved our operation two times in order to adapt our capacities to the growing volumes."

Used truck dealers can choose from the full Toyota range - counterbalanced forklifts, warehouse equipment (such as stackers, tow tractors) or VNA trucks. All these USED Toyota trucks were produced according to the Toyota Production System TPS and maintained during their "first life" in the Toyota Rental fleet by certified technicians, using only Toyota genuine parts. Followed by a final inspection, this ensures buyers the best possible condition of the trucks and peace of mind when purchasing.

You can go and have a look at the large choice of second-hand equipment at their Used Trade Facility in Antwerp. Or you can check online what is available after registering:

I know I can count on them. They give valuable suggestions on the campaign planning, and to publish content is as easy as abc, as they take care of the material layout and check links. This is a great support.

Undoubtedly, peer experience plays a crucially important role in our industry and it is extremely valuable for us to be part of the platform, where industry professionals, as well as end users can discuss and learn more about the materials handling world.
