We have a Mitsubishi FG25C, Serial AF17B-03713. I cannot determine the year of manufacture. Help!

AF17B03713 = 1997. (S/N Range is AF17B03707- AF17B03719 ) Data comes from mfr and is reported in our serial number guide for Lift Trucks.

THAT UNIT IS A 1998 5000# PNEUMATIC

I can see the spec's, but not the year of manufacture. My guess would be 2001, because shortly after that we saw the tier 1 system. It has a 4M47B mast, which is the second generation type mast. Sorry I couldn't narrow it down.
