Hi all. Anyone have any issues with the transmissions/brakes on these? I have one that, according to the customer (as I haven't witnessed the malfunction), when he hits the brakes the truck lunges and the brakes don't seem to work. He's a shop that does hydraulic and simpler repairs on machines. He checked the brakes and said they looked brand new which didn't surprise me.

I had an issue with another one where the accel pedal pot linkage was damaged and it wouldn't return all the way when released. Because these trucks have the advanced transmission (holds the truck on a grade) it would cause unexpected movement.

I'm assuming the machine I'm currently working on has a similar issue, though the pot and linkage seems to be good. Same with the brake pot. I can access the control panel. I was going to try the Mazda calibration (for cable slack) but I don't seem to have the option.

Any ideas?

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
