Yale MSW040SFN24TV087

I just purchased a unit displaying code EP110 upon switching on the key.
No functions work other than the brake over ride. Batteries are fully charged and reading around 25VDC.
Can anyone advise what to look for.
All molex connections appear to be good and clean. No visibly damaged wiring.
