Yale missing Fwd/Rev switch

Got a service call on old cableform system! Some guy removed original switch assy. Installed some who know's what its all in pices in a bag! Customer installed toggle switch not sure if wiring is correct!! No Drive operation. Took an hour for my head to stop shaking back and forth... I have 5 wires

1 Black/white strip
2 White
3 Black
4 Brown
5 Gray
I would like to hook switches back up
if someone could send me schematic i might figure it out
Its a Yale ERP030TAE24ST077 S/N 387039
Also need estimated price on complete switch assembly

Hi James,
I am guessing it has a 4849 power unit and either a Cableform or Sevcon foot pedal with an 8 pin oblong plug, if that's the case the common for the direction switch goes to the foot pedal (and any interlocks that are fitted) and you can do a continuity check from the coils for the forward & reverse. The other 2 wires are probably for a reverse bleeper as the Cableform controller only requires 3 wires. Its quite an old truck but I will look to see if I have a wiring diagram.
