If your EV200 panel is using a LX or ZX series EV100 card you can change when the SP contactor is energized by setting function 18. A setting of 128 or greater and SP is energized with For or Rev input, 128 or less SP is energized with a seat input.
The 200 system is alittle strange, I dont work on the too often
Thanks,I believe this is [steer on demand] lift. They have two of these lifts.Power steer motor runs on both.Key on,seat down. Before for/rev selector has been engaged. One works fine. The other Im having trouble with no for/rev ,At times.for/rev contactor doesnt engage.Ive checked switches and Replaced control card. They own out good.I can allways get it working.By [Disconnecting current sensor @reconnecting it].Works everytime.I dont understand, How doing this.Gets it working.Im trying to get and Idea of whats happening.
On that truck, the P/S motor should only be energized when, for or rev selector is engauged. When in neutral, and the key is "on", the hydraulics should be able to operate
