yale EPR030 code 12

hello guys. I have a yale Model #ERP030THN36TE082 S/N F807N03257C. It has a code 12 on the display. All hydro functions work,lift, tilt, ect, but unit has no drive. If anyone has any info on this issue it will be of great help and greatly appriciated. Thank you in advance.

Hey Shane I know you are tring to help out. But this is info that Jasons local Yale dealer should be given to him. The info that you are giving out is not for public use its for dealer only.

Hi jason v

the fault code points to a steer pot problem:

DESCRIPTION OF STATUS CAUSE OF STATUS INDICATION
-12 Steer angle potentiometer voltage is too low.
This status code will be displayed when P12 is less than.39 volts.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Steer angle potentiometer input mis-adjusted or defective. Loose or missing connections at P19,
P12 or P20.
*= Input voltage at P12 should be greater than.39 volts at all times. Insure that the adjustment of the steer potentiometer

Defective control.
*= Replace control unit.
