Code throws as soon as the machine turns on and stops anything from engaging. Comes back as sensor fault, replacing motor controller has made no difference and connection to the traction motor seems fine.

Replaced drive motor sensor hydraulic motor sensor installed rebuilt, hydraulic motor coupler and pump which were worn out hydraulic filter new VSM install installed with an updated CDF file after that now getting an 8976 code. It's actually worse than before. Still get the 25 104 code waiting to hear from Yale factory. guess it's the pump motor controller next good battery no shorts to frame originally before the VSM swap in new CDF file I was getting the 25104 more than anything and once it energized and stayed on it would run fine with no hiccups.
I have the same code 25104 I've changed the revolution sensor on the drive motor that did not work still the same thing. I'm in the process of getting a revolution sensor for the hydraulic motor. Will update you on this.
