Does anyone know how to find a starter part number?
I bought a lift w/out it , block engine has the serial

I do not show any serial numbers like the ones you listed. In 1980 the serial number range was between 315001-368525. If this was an oriental market truck that could explain the weird numbers.

I have a yale eaton 5000lbs Japanese forklift from 1980
The bearing in the clutch failed and the fins broke off.
Does anyone know where I would be able to find parts for it?
So far I have come up empty.

Yale Eaton Forklift. GLC020UA071P. SN can only read 10495. Poss. s in the front. Need year to get parts.

It meets safety refs from 1969 so I know it is newer then that.

It is a Yale that was made in Japan by Sumitomo.

That isn't a Yale model number but if that is a old little Yale forklift with a Mazda UA 1484cc like the serial number says I can guess the starter is a 9005958-01

Engine serial will not help. Can you get a model or serial off the chassis?
