Yale MSW025:
Yale Battery Replacement Refurbished or New

I bought a Yale Walkie Stacker at auction six years ago. It held a charge ok at the beginning but will now lift one pallet before dying.

Actually since I've never owned a new one the battery could have been half dead when we bought it. We've never used it for more than 5-10 lifts at a time.

It is a model MSW030 2800 lb walkie stacker. If I remember correctly when I had my local dealer come out when we bought it, a new battery was like $3000-5000.

I started looking around for a replacement battery and XtraPower out of Canada is paying to be at the top on Google. I can't find the quote right now but it was around $1000 for reconditioned and $1500 new. Seems cheap.

Where would you go to get a replacement battery for a walkie stacker?

Every forklift dealer is a dealer for at least one brand of battery. You can also do a Google search for industrial battery suppliers in your area.
