wont start

i,ve got this toyota 4y fuel injection put a new head on but wont start it pops a little but wont completely start checked timing and its good right on the marks and getting fire

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
