I've gotten all codes cleared, but still will not run, not getting any fuel to carb.

2 is an accelerator sensor problem. this problem can come up when you over rotate the pot by flooring the pedal with the floor plate removed but it can be an open wire. this can also come up when you have the pedal pot unplugged.
14 is idle potentiometer problem, can be over rotation. if you haven't done anything to cause these codes you may have controller issues. look at the controller last, they
r a r e l y e v e r fail. these codes will clear when the problems are cleared and the key is cycled

easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission.
now the lifts giving a 2 and 14 code, this a wiring harness problem?

probably a broken wire at the distributor. the solid black wire is a tach reference and 9 means its missing. this can also be a problem with the grounds between the 3 and 4 cylinder on the head.
