Will news from Volkswagen about emmissions afect companies who use fork
Ifts with Volkswagen engines in.

If the emmissions on cars a not correct then is the same on Forklifts, if so will this open users to be sued if the are damaging operators health

Taff, I think you are being a bit hard on Exalt. He did not make any assumptions, only asked questions. "Will it affect" and "If". You obviously answered his question. No need for the aggressive attitude.

Secondly, would this be your next bad mouthing of Linde, by any chance?

Being such an expert in forklift trucks Dave, then surely, you would already understand that the European and worldwide emissions regulation testing for industrial equipment, differs greatly from that of automotive vehicles, and it's only been reported that automotive vehicles are effected. So what are you basing your assumptions on?

In this specific instance, not only does the emission regulations not apply, but if you had carried out your research before making such an off the wall assumption, then you would have understood that the software algorithm parameters VW have predicated their design against, bare no relation to those of industrial equipment engine emission testing and rate validation.
