Raymond 537-CSR30:
WILL NOT STAY ON THE WIRE

I have a 537 that will not stay on the wire. and then it throws a steering code. Book says I should learn steering first. That would be great but the raymond guys here changed the superword. I have an old copy of DTIC but my laptop is all USB no serial. I have a USB to serial converter and changed the USB to a COM1 in order for the dos based program to work. However, DTIC in dos still will not recognize the USB to serial converted COM1 any suggestions. A newer version of DTIC maybe

Try a really old laptop. DTIC is an old program, I have found that the newer processor speeds don't work with DTIC. Failing that call Raymond
