Hello People,

We are looking for a 27X48 Electric Pallet Truck in Central Ontario, Canada. 4000# cap, Built in Charger
Can you guys recommend a unit that is reasonably priced, and parts and service are available.

I think that the ones for a Linde are about $80 each. You can make up for the difference in trucks purchase price in a real hurry. All of the parts on a Yale MPW65 are way expensive. The reason that I know is that I took some in trade and I was going to fix them up and retail them until I saw some of the parts pricing. I decided I could make a lot more money parting them out. Talk about expensive, how about the fiberglass drive motor cover, Yale list price is $725.

$700 bucks for a shackle is high. If you are talking about the W40z, shackles are only around $300.

I have found the replacement parts costs for the later model Hyster/Yale pallet trucks to be overwhelmingly high priced. A load wheel shackle for $700 or more! Wow!

Yale and Hyster make decent trucks, low priced but they are a bit fragile.
Toyota and BT are really good trucks, a little pricey though.
Crown (in my opinion) makes the best electric.....anything. You pay for it but you get a very reliable long lasting truck.
