WET BRAKES

THE BRAKE SYSTEM FITTED ON THIS MACHINE IS THE WET DISC SYSTEM , THE BRAKES ARE EXTREMLY SHARP POSSIBLY DANGEROUS AT TIMES , HOW CAN THE SYSTEM BE ADJUSTED ,IF POSSIBLE? AND CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN THE FAULT

it is easy to buy a universal flow reducer and reduce the flow to the booster to the best setting you need. I drive without and it works many years nice

a new valve is supplied from hyster that reduces the pressure from transmission to the booster

Hello , you can take the booster out of truck , without the booster works oke and no a sharp brake now. Booster are not possible to set some pressure so only result without it...

hi. having same issue with yale truck GDP090VX K813V03293R
lift has 1873 hours. It was on rental and customer complains about the brakes. As soon as you it the pedal, operator is flying into front windshield....any help on this issue please. we have replace the booster and master but still sharp brakes.

There is no adjustment for these brakes. You can adjust the pedal linkage. What type of fluid is in the axle? It should be universal transaxle fluid. Normally a problem with the brake effect is caused by improper fluid.
