Wandering forks. No access

Raymond 425-C40TT forks go/drift down by themselves? not all the time. Does not matter if under load or not. Lift gives no error codes.
Also, we just inherited these dock trucks from a sister plant that is shutting down and no one seems to know the access code. I tried default 2 and 1 does not work any ideas. The machine looks like it calls for an eight didget code.

Mine was the right side ram was bypassing at the bottom
I removed the ram and disassembled the cylinder and at the bottom of the rod there is 3 small orings, 2 were broken I replaced those and it's been good since then. I had 2 2007 4150 with the same problem
