Toyota BT W18:
W18 Pallet truck cuts out on lift

We have a Toyota W18 Electric pallet truck that performs all functions fine appart from it cuts out on lift (As in the machine instantly powers off with a very very short lift manouvre i.e. 1mm). It will drive fine and was functioning correctly until recently. All battery cells check out good all over the 2v mark and has a full charge. Anyone shead any light on what may be causing it to do this or where to start investigating.

Check the main contactor. If you can, open it up and clean it with compressed air, dust gets inside and causes a bad contact.
Bad connections on the battery can also be the cause this problem.
