Doosan (& Daewoo) G25S:
Very low idle unless actuating hydraulics
Hi all, a couple of weeks ago a guy was driving my fork truck when a line blew. He drove it across a parking lot to park. I'm guessing MOST if not all of the hydraulic fluid was pumped out during this move. We replaced the blown line and refilled the system, actuated the lift, and filled more.
We thought it was good to go until we got on it to drive it and as soon as we tried using the steering the truck idle went way down, like it was dead headed. Since then the symptoms have changed slightly - now the truck idles horribly UNLESS we actuate a hydraulic then the idle picks back up.
I was guessing a relief valve was relieving - but I don't have a manual to know where said relief valve might be.
Thoughts on this problem?
