vandalized 40WTL - worth repair ?

Was vandalized. looking for input on,, it is worth resurrection??

Missing batteries, cut out connector cables (after the copper i guess). the hydro pump tested good(24v jump). looking for test method for drive motor.??? (yes, it is blocked for safety) pics upon request.
