Unit not working error code 3589

Good day to all i want to ask about toyota lpe250 electric pallet truck when pasword entered unit start on contactor connect but after driving forward or reverse the contactor or the supply cut off not working also error is 3589 anyone know whats the porblem hoping anyone will reply ynx in advance too all
