Unique lift truck

I ran into a picture on the internet of a forklift with a mid mount mast and the carriage seems to go around the cab I have a customer inquiring on this unit and we have never seen a unit like this. Does anyone know about this unit and the manufacturer. There Blue and White in color.

sounds like a bowman (or some other brand, repainted) 'side loader'
