Yale UNKNOWN:
UNEVEN forks

My right fork is roughly 2-3" lower then my left fork. Makes it challenging to get them under pallets. Are they adjustable? Also, I can't find any placards anywhere on the exterior to indicate the model number. And clues where I might find it?

forks are not "adjustable" you have a bent fork, and most likely worn out forks with considerably reduced safe capacity. is the "heel" of the fork more than 10% narrower than the "shank"? heel being the bottom horizontal part closest to the shank, shank being the part of the forks that touch the lift brackets of the carriage.
if so, you have lost over 1/2 the safe lifting capacity of the forks, and they should be replaced as unsafe.
