Troubleshooting event 219 and 338

Hello I am having an issue with this lift throwing event codes 219 and 338. I have done everything that can be done from checking wiring to replacing controllers as the troubleshooting has told me to do. It continues to produce these alarms and will not operate. Here's the kicker though it's an intermittent problem. Any information that could be provided would help immensely.

If you can swap tiller sensor, can line, or controller with another truck, I would. You have another 5500 there?

219 is CAN tiller error, if the CAN lines ohm out as per the specs then I would change Access 8 in the tiller arm.
