Troubles with lift hoses C30L

I'm reparing a C30L, the problem is with lift hoses, the tower has this serial number: 45dmq8860 0001M 2807290, We change the hoses every two or three weeks. When the tower goes up or down the hoses moves out the hose reels and they pass around the gears located in the midle of the tower, then we look... and the hoses have an oil leak. I want to know if the tower has manufactured defects or...if you know what can i do to make work the reels and the hoses property?

Not real familar, but if the hoses screw into the tower, could the tower have a seal leak?

Yeap... We have already cheked if the hoses were twisted, and... they didn't , we have used 2 wrenches. And... can you tell me what's the correct thickness for the hoses? because... we always have been working with the same thickness.

Hello azucena v, Make sure your hose are not twisted. It usually happens when you tighten the fitting without 2 wrenches. Also make sure you have the proper hose thickness. It won't fit into the sheaves properly if to large.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
