Trouble shooting Manual Toyota 7BWS13

Gentlemen, I would greatly appreciate a trouble shooting manual for a Toyota 7BWS13 walkie stacker. The operator manual tells you what the codes are but that is all. I have a C77 code for the lift/lower rocker, I have replaced but still no joy.

Thanks

It appears the you have to have the service key or truckcom software and cable to see how the etac and controller are communicating. The only other thing I can think of is switching the handle head with another truck to see if the problem follows it.

It looks like it should be plug and play. I am assuming that the wiring from the etac card to the bottom of the handle is good. I am going to do some more looking but the only thing I see for that code is either the switch/pot or the etac card. It looks like you need a service key to see if the etac is communicating with the controller.

the truck traction is fine, will not lift or lower. The only code is C77. I took the handle apart and checked the connection of the rocker to the board-was good, I also replaced the rocker (pot) with new. the lift pot actually has its own circuit board as well as plugging into the tiller head circuit board. If it needs calibrated, I could sure use that information.

Thanks for your help. I could use anymore help on this issue.

What is the truck doing? What are the symptoms....
is there power steering on this model?
This is clone of a Raymond RAS25 stacker
Code is for Lift POT, not switch
Lift / lower pot is out of neutral...it's unplugged or shorted
Could be bad Vehicle manager

cant see where lift pot is, have Raymond manual But C77 code has no trouble tree to test...
