Trouble shoot support need

We have hystet diesel forklift model is H2.5ft , it doesn't greying started and show code 522801-13 and starter interlock truck disabled
Let me know what will be the problem....and what to do

ELECTROHYDRAULIC VALVE CALIBRATION REQUIRED. If you do not have access to the dash you need to call a service tech.
