Bt Industries RR B2/14:
trouble code E131

Hi, does anyone know what TC E131 signifies, intermittent traction fault, it has a retro fitted reach sensor on the mast. don't know if this is relevant but the first time it failed the sensor had been knocked out of alignment & this seemed to cure it

E131 = Error testing safety relay (steering) at start-up.

Steering error

Error cause
1. Defective fuse F61
2. Defective wiring for F61
3. Defective electronic card A5

Remember its a BT truck, ANY steering fault detected on a BT truck with fly by wire steering will also stop the traction & apply the parking brake until the steering fault is cleared & truck restarted.
