Travel issue

Serial number is 1A102238
Having problems with a Crown reach truck.
If you go to travel(either direction) it will jump then stop working, no travel. Cycle key, repeats.
I found the symptom in the manual, it led me to check voltage on two points on the control card. I had the voltage the manual stated, since that was present it said to replace the control card. Ordered that, it's a rebuilt aftermarket card. It had an extra plug slot with pins the other card did not have. I installed it, now I have no travel at all, won't even jump like it was doing.
It's an EV100 forklift as well. I work for a Raymond dealer so we all have limited experience on Crowns(for good reasons lol)
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I had this before that the 1REC insulator was missing. Someone removed the 1 REC for testing but forgot to put back the insulator. This made the 1REC to be shorted.

Sounds like a #1 REC issue. If you have a handyman tester it should be easy to find. If its a EV100LX you should be able to see it with the hand set and if your new reman controller has an extra plug I suspect you got the one for a LX system instead of a EV100

Sounds like the capacitor may be the problem. To test it remove one wire from the cap then connect ohmmeter to the terminals, resistance should rise then read OL. Also there is ev100 and ev100lx, easiest way to tell is whether there are trim pots(non lx) or a port to connect a handset(lx). And verify the card type(Letter(s)) on the silver sticker is the same on your new card.
