You have to heat trans before calibration. Should be able to operate unless there is an issue. When calibrating when it stops and shows code press the s button and see if it will skip this first clutch pack. If you cannot operate unit to heat transmission then you cannot calibrate. Need to check pressures first thing

Mmmm Jeremie, good point,we didn´t soak the pads before install them, the old clutches was burn, speed sensors are ok,no more codes appear in the apc 2000,this code appears when we doing the manual calibration ,and stop in the first step of that. What should check in the balve body? solenoid resistence?,am very complicated. Other question, the calibration its the first step after rebuild the trans? or its another one before this step?

Minimum clutch pressure is 239 psi. Also the code you have is caused by clutch dragging or speed sensor issues. Did you soak the discs in atf overnight before assembling the trans. Could be dry discs. Also could be an issue in the valve body. What was wrong with the old clutches? Are there more codes in the apc200?

If the converter was not installed completely it can bind up and break the pump. Dont recall exact pressure numbers but typically need over 100 psi to engage a clutch pack.

Check clutch pressures. Thats where to start. If pump was damaged during install there will be no pressure
