MEngr, hopefully they have not had the truck sit dead since October 2008, when the last posting was in this thread.

"it's not rocket surgery"
I would suggest that you install a pressure guage into the pres. port mk'd. F on the trans top cover's front. With coolant, engine oil, trans oil levels checked and trans oil at op temp., front wheels off ground, engage trans into FWR. and place engine spd. more then 1,000 rpm your transmission's pressure reading should be 100-128 psi. Note: the threads in the test port are 1/8 BSP and not 1/8 NPT. More refined assistance can be given if the model and serial number are known.

Check to make sure your Inching pedal adjustment is correct and it is engaging the transmission, check your fluid levels. Did this just happen all at once or has it slowly stopped working??????? What is the exact Model and serial #'s????

release the park brake and it will roll with power or without.Seems that it wants to pull when you accelerate but just slips and doesnt move. What kind of expense is a tranny rebuild?Ball park figure cant spend lots on an old lift. Thanks

when you say "brake release seems fine" can the drive wheels turn if you get the unit's drive wheels in the air? can you turn them by hand when the unit is turned off with the drive wheels off the ground?
have you checked the inching spool on the transmission linkage to make sure it is releasing and not binding? can you further describe; "seems to want to move but just comes up short" is the trans slipping (motor rev fine like in neutral?, or motor loads up like trying to push down a wall?)
sounds like it's time for a transmission rebuild...

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
