Discussion:
Transistor Identification 33N02

Hi there
I am trying to repair a board which seems to have a mosfet or transistor with a part number 33N02. Unfortunately i cannot find any data sheet or any information on this part so I dont know what i can use to replace this part with. Would appreciate it if anybody has any details on this part as i have tried the search engines but cannot seem to identify the part.

Elektrodrive,
the "general" part number would indicate that you're looking for an N-channel MOSFET, that can handle 33 Amps at 20 V.
For example a 45N06 = N-channel MOSFET 45 Amps at 60 Volts. I hope that helps
