traction motor ,noise when running

hi. everyone
working on this walkie pallet, that make some grinding noise (like a bad bearing).that comes from motor.
it seems to be, a part of the transmision. and I need to take it appart and check parts. Wolud someone plis,comment about the procedure to do it in a right way ?
