please help solve the problem with error 67-1. all circuits are in good order. changed the control unit, everything worked, a week later another error. found a hand brake closure, eliminated. how to repair the control box? I really hope for help. I am good at electronics. on the limit switch 9 volts. I think this is the wrong voltage.

Code 63 is Tilt Lever switch abnormality...there is a lever connected to a switch on the right(sitting in the seat) Tilt cylinder....you will have to remove the cover to access the lever/switch...most of the time it is a broken mounting bolt on the Tilt cylinder....if the bolt is ok then the switch is bad

67-1 is not the root cause of the failure. the mast switch can not cause travel or lift interruption. send me your email address and i will give you some information.

easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission.
the 67-1 is the only code that shows. the contactor picks up when you key on. but the code flashes and an alarm sounds along with the wrench light. the lift will not drive or lift. all wiring associated with the lift height switch and the switch itsself seem to be ok. battery voltage is 37.8v

unless it is a symptom of some sort of cpu /ecu failure code "67-1" is not the cause of the your lift not operating. please give us some info. are there any other codes, does the main contactor close, does the park brake switch turn on and off with the handle, what is the actual battery voltage, what brought these symptoms on, any recent repairs, operator reports?

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
