Have this unit with a code C14, have lift/lower and horn, any ideas out there?

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH. It was the limit switch in the angle sensor. Awesome advice!!!

Also check the the small gray wires......have found bad wiring on a couple.

Check the angle arm switches. Pull the cover at the bottom of the the handle and the switches are there.
