UNIT GOES TO FULLY SPEED AND NO THROTTLE RESPONSE

TESTING THE THROTTLE WITH OUT THE FLOOR BOARD ON CAUSES YOU TO GO PAST THE STOP. THEREFORE WE CREATED OUR OWN PROBLEM. IT WAS FINE WITH THE FLOOR BOARD ON.

It sounds like you have a stepper motor. If so you may want to check the switch and make sure that all the linkage is adjusted properly.
