Toyota 7FB 18 - Error Codes CO -3 and EO - 3

Hi all, I have a 7FB 18, year 2003 which is displaying two fault codes 2-3 seconds after the ignition is switched on, and the contactor activates. The codes are CO-3, and EO-3. The Power Steering is still operative but I have no traction or hydraulic functions. I have checked the battery, plugs and associated connections, and the main fuse. The truck was in full working order prior to being parked up and placed on charge, used for 5 minutes then parked up. The only info I can find is the codes relate to abnormal supply voltage to each circuit. Any help would be much appreciated. Regards.
