Hello! we have a toyota order picker 7BPUE15 and we have been having issues with the battery. for the past couple of months any time we charge the battery it will not show a full charge on the gauge. usually it will start out at 4 of 5 bars and as soon as we move the truck it drops down another bar. the truck doesn't get heavy use and we have been allowing the battery to fully discharge the last couple of months and then doing an equalize charge. (previously we charged once a week whether needed or not) we have done this a couple of times now. we equalize charged it last night and today turn the truck on and it shows 4/5 battery gauge and then when we went to use truck it dropped down to 1/5 red and would not let us go up/down on lift. turned it off/on and did same thing. minute later turn it on again and it started blinking 4 blinks, 1 blink, 5 fast blinks. does anyone know what this means? i'm assuming an error code.
we then turned it off/on again and the truck stayed at 4/5 and allowed us to go up/down. so not really sure what is going on. any advice would be appreciated. thanks!
