think you need to pull the battery out, clean all the corrosion out, change the main suction line to the pump and also closely eyeball all the other hoses, including the power steering pressure lines, looking for any place a bit of hose has rubbed through, or gotten "spongy" from battery acid. also check for loose fittings including any fitting with an O ring.
doesnt anyone have any idea?
ive replaced all the clips but still theoil throths up.
could it be the wrong type of oil?
is the suction hose the big bored one that comes from the main pump to the hyd oil bottle?
I would check the suction hoses and clamps on both pumps. Maybe when it is cold air is getting sucked in but once it warms up a bit the air leak stops.
