Hyster H 4.0 FT cranking but not starting

We are using Hyster H4.0FT Seried N005B. The forklift is not starting. It is cranking. I have replaced the gas Filter, Spark Plugs and spark plug cables. When we try to start it explode also. It is not showing any fault. Can some one help me solve the problem.

You may have a bad ignition module in the distributor, you don't say if or how the truck was running before you started throwing parts at it. Hysters & Yales are famous for this problem. Replace or clean the plugs when you change the module because you've been dumping a lot of fuel at them and they'll be soaked by now.

Check your firing order. Could have gotten mixed up when they were replaced.

Is it getting fire to plug?Have you tried starting fluid at intake?More info would help
