Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) GP20N:
Error Code E35

Cat GP20N
Serial No ET17DL-00075
YOM 2004

The trucks been parked up for a while, when customer came to start it some time later (18 months) they could not get it to fire and have been messing themselves.

I think the main reason it wouldnt go is when they were jump staring the truck the bonnet was up and it has a safety switch which kills ecu power.

Long story short they asked me to look, ive managed to get it going but after a while it shows E35 and stops.

Ive checked the lpg injector for resistance it shows 1.5 ohm is this within tollerence.

Am i right in thinking there is an injector driver on this truck could it be faulty?

It only has a single fuel injector on the inlet manifold.

Thanks Andrew
