Discussion:
Need a manual

Hello!

Posting this for my father as he's not computer savvy. He recently bought a 1978 Hyster S25 A and is having some issues with it. Specifically it won't shift into reverse and he's wondering how to time it. He's asking for a manual and I can't seem to find any online either free or for sale...at least for this specific model. Googling it led me here to an old post where someone had a manual and said to email them for pictures of it. Sadly that email no longer works so I was thinking maybe someone else here might have a copy?

Thanks

Tons available on ebay. Just search "S25 manual". I'd get the service manual and the parts manual. Most of the ebay listings are best offer, so I'd low ball them and see if anyone bites. Having the service, parts and motor controller manual was invaluable in getting my 70's model back up and running. Way nicer to have them than be begging someone for pics.

The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
