HOIST STICKING

MY HOIST or lift will go up ok... but when I want it to came down.. it does not come down when it is in the bottom mast.. it comes down and stops with a bang.. like it hits something.. when there is weight on it.. it might come down to the bottom [position.. ( soback away from a pallet..).. I might get a come along and pull it down.. it is slow to release the flif back tot he tank... goes up... does not always coem down all the way... it is not a bearing.. or in the mast part.. it seems like the fliud is slow to return or ?>>
