Access 1

Arrow buttons went bad on access1, got a renewed access to install and replace bad one, lift just alarms. and buttons do nothing.

I would update the whole truck to the latest software.

Yeah, up and right arrow work, got the PN 149572-001-20 for the access 1 software, so we would need to update the new access one with that software ?

You can check the version in the service menu but if the buttons don't work you would need a computer with the correct software and connector.
Most of the time modules come with no software installed as they don't know what truck it will end up in. Updating software should solve your issue.

Not to my knowledge, how would you check the ver of software on the access1, and I take it you will need a computer with the update and a usb to connector to update the module?

Did you update the software on the lift? All the modules need the same version of software. I have also run into bad renewed access modules before too.
