That's a very old machine. Anyway there is a display in the panel in front of the driver. What you can see there?

Hi Sunil, very little information
- serial number of the truck?
- what software is in?
- any indication on display? (if available-dependent on serie)
Whatever, my first suggestion - forks are not in home position but can be many more faults
BTW just seen you are in Karnataka, Toyota having a branch in Bangalore and I'm sure they can help
