Source of *used* forklift diesel engine ECU modules ?

In this case for 2012 Hyundai 70D. ECU is unobtanium from Hyundai and deemed unrepairable by Flight Systems. Some sources of new units listed on Alibaba (in China and Spain) but worry about quality.
