program BT curtis without CAN

I have a BT RWE120 from 2009. It has no pincode but the old type accelerator. As far is I can see it has no Canbus, I cant find the round connector.

I want to change the acceleration. The truck has Curtis control 166328-002 which cross references to 1207A-4111 on internet.

When I connect my handset 1311/4401 (OEM) I get the message "security lockout on program and functions menus". After that I get the menus "Monitor, Faults, Information, Programmer Setup"

How di I change the settings on this Controller? Do I need a BT handset or is there an other way to get in the right menu?

I think some Curtis programmers are for the end user some are for engineer. They have different levels of access.

Maybe try a different programmer, I look after one of these and can connect no problem.
