Yale NR040AENS Code 41

Yale reach C815N0716D with code 41, displaying often then going away. Got manual, says 41 is low volts at controller Bat pos. My buddy has replaced the drive controller, display, conrtol handle, EPO switch, deadman switch. still codes out.
I checked it thoroghly for shorts, battery shorts. nothing. Tested battery with Min/Max and ran it. Never dropped below 20 volts under extreme load. Had plugs on controler, always maintanined 22 volts under load. Controler needs to see 16 volts to flag 41. Never caght it anywhere near that but still coded out. No voltage drop from battery to B pos on controller. I'm thinking it's a false code from the manager. tightest hard toget manager you've ever seen!. wedged in between steel plates under EPO switch. Anyone else see this 41 caused by manager?
