Toyota 62-8FD30:
During tilt operation Cannot tilt forward

Hi Guys
I replace the hydraulic pump and repair kit for main control valve after fixing on the forklift tilt operation Cannot tilt forward it tilts but very slow , rest all operation are fine and normal.can any one help me on this please.
